I'd mobilize every last available Swedish, Salvadoran, Bagladeshi, etc blue helmet troop I could muster and launch an amphibious assault on Sudan's Red Sea coast! :-)

Well maybe not. It would be a pathetic slaughter. As long as the UN has no real teeth of its own it will never be taken seriously by the bad guys.
