One word; Keen
The Iraqi people are starting to feel free and will once again be the great county they were and maybe leading the Middle East in the future. Once they become comfortable with freedom as a natural thought they will excel in intelligent detail.
No wonder the insurgents are so diligent in there disgusting quest. Freedom is very powerful.
