re: Parsing phrase-by-phrase

blockquote> I notice that in your response you were selective and turned a blind eye to the negatives that could shake your faith.

Well, sorry I didn't parsh your whole page to my paragraph. I have limited time in just reading this board.

Please specify the negatives I turned a blind eye to and with the facts you refer to.
What Faith of mine are you talking about?

Like countering that the civil war isn't that bad and Iraqis can sit in cafes and discuss politics (wondering if the next car bomb will blow up the cafe they're sitting in), but ignored the situation with their new leader, a US-installed puppet who is widely reported to have a violent streak. In general your response was a reaffirmation of your faith, expressed in optimistic interpretation and speculation, rather than a rebuttal with facts.

Doesn't the fact that Iraqi's can and do sit at the cafes discussing poitics and culture values represent the desire for the freedom I was talking about? Especially with your noted risk involved.
Shall I post the Iraqi blogs of optimism? You post all the negative blogs and then when can interpret what some Iraqi's think.
The interim leader was not installed by the US but by Iraq and was not who Bush desired, so I don't know how you can call him a puppet. I would say you are displaying a partisan view calling him a puppet as you very well know anybody at that early stage was going to be called a puppet because of the transfer process. How else could you perform that task, hold immediate public elections?
Widely reported violent strongman, compared to similar vein of Saddam, I missed them, care to enlighten me of the starting to appear?

Now, I just woke up from 5 hours sleep and responded to this after a long day/night but wish to debate my original post (later tonight). I can't speak for the right wing faith based religious you lumped me with that can't seem to be rational and won't.
