I would hazzard the quess that was before the bombs went off at the three churches I watched worshipers being carried from. I really don't think they were celebrating in peace and joy.
It is far to early to claim victory or success in Iraq. That will have to be left to the judgement of history. And, as a reminder, history is always written by the victors.
