That was a bumper sticker my father, a diehard Democrat and union man, had on his car back in 1973 following the OPEC oil embargo and the imposition of lower speed limits. This is nothing new. Still, when I hear some enviro-celeb or politician who wants the imposition of higher CAFE standards and other environmental restrictions for the "little people" while they fly around on private jets, well, I've never been big on hypocricy. The same applies to those with multiple mansions that take a lot of energy to heat and cool who try to convince the rubes how evironmentally "concerned" they are.
