My idea had to do with transmitting energy through space without a line-of-sight. It would make beamed energy using microwaves or lasers obsolete. Unfortunately, Fermat's principle states that "when a light ray travels between any two points P and Q, its actual path with be the one that requires the least time." It's also called the Principle of Least Time. An obvious consequence is that when the rays travel in a single, homogeneous medium, the paths are straight lines because a straight line is the shortest distance between two points. The law of refraction can be derived mathematically from this (Snell's Law). And vice versa. So if we observe a phenomenon like refraction, we can deduce that energy follows the shortest path. So the only way energy can get from P to Q is via a ray of light. Nothing spooky about that.

Spin states are information, but not not energy. Personally, I don't know what the difference is. But nothing gets excited by teleportation effects AFAIK. I haven't found any publications on observations of radiative effects during quantum teleportation. Mostly just statistical inferences based on Bell's Inequality. This is an observation of how statistically improbable it is that the entangled photons or molecules would share states after certain procedures have been done.

I personally hope scientists invent some trick and make it possible.
