One key obstacle is quantum entangeling more than a couple atomic particles never mind the entire fuel tank. Not clear that MACRO scale objects CAN be quantum entangled. Q effects are only so far observed on the atomic scale. When was the last time you saw a cat quantum tunnel its way across a wall (barrier)?
