No matter how hard you try to point it out, the contradiction with be lost on Tom and his right wing cronies. Yes, they excuse falacious character assassination when its to their political advantage to do so. Then they get indignant when the media calls attention to their hypocrisy. They can dish it out but they can't take it themselves. Its a one-way street.

The facts are simple...John Kerry served his nation in the field of battle, George Bush didn't. For the American right, patriotism is a fickle flight of fancy...a house of cards made wholly of jokers.
