GWB used family influence to get into the Texas Air Guard, to learn to fly obselescent planes which would never go into combat, and cover his ass when he went AWOL.

JFKerry was in a combat zone fighting.

But for God's sake, it seems petty beyond belief to keep whining about exactly where the Kerry was in a combat zone, when your guy was AWOL in the real world.

Or keep whining about the media covering torture, about the media covering deaths, about the media covering budget deficits, continually reminding us that that reality isn't important to conservatives, what's important is keeping people from knowing what reality is.
