Missing the points.

I wasn't talking about what states are doing I was talking about what Bush is not doing. Again, MAJOR tax incentives etc from the FEDERAL government would have a much larger MARKET DRIVEN effect on alternative fuel sources than puny incentives from states. Yes the free market is a wonderful thing and it will indeed produce results if offered tax-free profits. Bush has ignored this to our nation's security detriment. Unforgivable.

100,000 extra troops in Iraq would have prevented the massive looting and crime wave that occured immediately after the Iraqi army surrendered. Duh!
