What the hell is the POINT of concealing casualities? Who gets points for keeping natural disaster casualties low? Who looks good if the hurricane didn't damage as much? If anything, the government of Florida would emphasize damage and deaths to fish for more federal help.

This conspiracy theory, which like so many others, has all the evidence squirrelled away at secret military bases, falls apart on this basis alone.

It is very similar to Hoagland and others who insist that hundreds to thousands of NASA employees somehow have something to gain by hiding evidence of life on other planets.

BTW, for someone participating in a secret operation, the "Humvee guy" (assuming he even exists) seems to have an awfully big mouth and access to a lot of details.
