You are mistaken

There is a Micheal Edward in Punta Gorda. One's a lawyer, the other's a dentist. He writes under lawgiver1 and I didn't see anything else he's written except emails from his community where he was living. Photos are posted over there too.

The national guard I have talked to agreed the death toll is not being reported properly. Why wouldn't they do it? To prevent panic from family members who may be trying to locate their loved ones. Maybe they have to have proper identification of their remains first, or they go into a missing person's file. I don't know.
And it's not really great for the tourist industry, either.

You are being disrespectful to call this man a loon. I have talked to many people from different counties and their stories are incredible.... Have you ever been IN a disaster area, Tom? And his story about the national guard being ill prepared and with old equipment. All I've seen are some OLD army trucks and some very YOUNG national guard....right out of high school, some black....all green behind the ears.

I also remember Hurricane Andrew and talking to some people who went through it. You see Tom, I LIVE here. And I know a doctor over on the coast who knows kt Frankovich, who wrote about life after Hurricane Andrew, when there was no disaster relief for days. Her report never came out in the controlled press either. You think everything is so nice and tidy, even when it's not.
