I have learned a whole new level of Mac Hatred. Try getting something that uses Java, Flash, Javascript, Symbol fonts and DHTML to work right on PC IE and Mozilla AND Mac Safari, IE and Mozilla. It can be done, but its hell on earth, mainly because Mac makes suicidal business decisions.

Microsoft lives on because of momentum and power, Mac lives on because it is a slightly better alternative to a lousy standard. Linux thrives because some of us know better, or at least have high hopes (having said that, I'm writing this on a windows machine! LOL!). Meanwhile the engineers and architects publish good standards that are promptly ignored.
