Although I would be glad to see evidence to the contrary, Kerry's position on the issue would be more wishy washy than Bush's. That would make us less safe, not more safe. Boarder guards have a tough enough job without trying to interpret contradicting orders from the top. Kerry's continued flip flops would be a disaster in this and many other areas concerning the war on terror.
