If every parent was investigated for upsetting a 3 year old, there wouldn't be an intact family in the country.

Based on what I've seen, it appears he had one son (the guy in the union tee shirt) tear up the girl's sign in an effort to slander the union and Democrats. It appears he staged the whole thing. If that's the case, he should be sued for slaunder and/or liable. I believe the union and perhaps the local Democrat party have grounds to sue him in civil court. I hope they do. I have zero patience or tolerance for crap like that, especially from someone who claims to be on my side of the political fence.
