The most dangerous weapon of mass destruction in Iraq was found, and currently occupies a jail cell.

We went to war with the assurance that stockpiles of chemical, biological and possibly nuclear weapons were in Iraq, with no maybes.

They were not there.

And now you're trying to personify them in Saddam Hussein? Such a powerful weapon of mass destruction, he couldn't even mount a decent defense of his capital! Maybe he has a cold and he's coughing on his jailers. There's your biological weapon.

The Republican President lied to me. He has lied and lied and lied. I will never forget that.
