Is that the public has decided the worst case scenario doesn't matter. Bush's service was far more admirable than Clinton's even with lapses and the Democrats are clearly hyppocrits to make an issue of it. It never was an issue, and never will be an issue to any but die-hard Bush haters no matter how many forged documents you guys foist on the public. Bush doesn't need to comment because to comment is to make an issue of something the public has clearly replied YAWN to.
