He's stated unequivically that he thinks that the world would be better off without it.

How can someone who does not believe in Iraq, deliver for Iraq?

The answer: He can't and he won't.

If Kerry is elected he will look for the quickest exit from Iraq no matter the consequences: It really will be Vietnam all over again.

P.S. We left Vietnam in 1973 and South vietnam fell in 1975. Kerry would pull us out of Iraq and leave the democrats in Iraq to suffer the same fate as the democrats in South Vietnam (ie death or rickety boat to Tiawan).
