Its not going to be easy, but we are in the process of building up the country's defense forces. We can't completely leave Iraq until those defense forces are strong enough to fight off Iran and other outsiders who would like to topple the democratic government in Iraq.

If we don't pay the price now, we'll be fighting Gulf War III in another 10 years. It would be shear stupidity to hang the Iraqi's out to dry.

If Kerry gets elected, that is probably what's going to happen.
