Kerry saw the same intelligence reports as the rest of them

Let's not try to pretend that Kerry based his entire decision on Bush's sayso. He saw the same data, including the classified parts, and came to the same conclusions as Bush did, even if he had other ideas on what to do about it. On the other hand, you could make a case that he never believed it but lied about it and voted accordingly to ride a wave of popular sentiment and save his job.

So, is Kerry a liar or just incompetent?
