It is amazing that the USA, with all of its firepower, has never hit a terrorist in Falluja. Perhaps there might be another interpretation of these reports. Perhaps these reports are written by the terrorists themselves in an attempt to discredit the USA. The hospital staff is intimidated by the terrorists into reporting exactly what it is told to report. This is far more likely than 100% missing of terrorist targets.
