I started using Popfile over a year ago. Out of 27,000 e-mails it has only misclassified 24 and been unsure about 31. That's good enough accuracy for me. Spam just goes into the deleted items folder and it just takes a quick glance to be sure nothing legit got missed, then I push 1 button and it all gets deleted. It also works great for sorting my mailing lists into their own folders etc.
