I think the USA had good reason to remove the Taliban from power.

I don't think we had good reason to remove Hussein as nothing we now do will stop the eventual civil war from happening there. The peoples of Iraq will suffer worse from it than with all the horrors of Saddam regime provided. But that being a belief in a nasty future it doesn't quite fit the rosy, short and narrow views this administration has nor I'm sure many Neocon monkeys.
