There are "flaws" and then there are gaping potholes.
One of the major bones a lot of conservatives have to pick with Bush is his continued kowtowing to the leadership south of the border. There may be valid political reasons for this, but many conservatives see the Mexico-U.S. relationship as a one-way street, and Bush going along with it with very little objection. I doubt a Democratic president would change this much.
