No, I'm not trying to get a hot date with Lindy by appearing to be a wacko, but <a href=http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2004/10/1027_041027_homo_floresiensis.html">; this article describes a surprising newly discovered humanoid species that co-existed with us until around 13,000 years ago. Maybe this will stop the cruel jokes at the expense of the Irish folks when referring to the "wee pwople".
