About 40 miles south of me is the blue collar working class town of Pueblo, Colorado. It's population is about 100,000 people. It has produced 4 Medal of Honor winners. Many of our greatest heros come from humble origins. O'Hare Airport in Chicago is named for a Medal of Honor winner whose father was killed by the Mafia. One's parents aren't a guarantee of anything here.

America still gives those who are willing to work hard the opportunity to succeed well beyond anything they'd be likely to achieve in most other countries. Four families in my neighborhood are Korean immigrants. All of them are business owners who are doing quite well for their families and who are creating jobs for others.
