House Vote More Of The Same
I don't see it as an improvement. It may be slightly more representative, but would reflect past election preferences and issues not currrent ones. I agree the election seemed to take too long, but part of the problem was an early end to the primaries. The candidates fired at each other early. Of course there was little to prevent Bush from attacking early with no internal opposition.
