Good numbers for upcoming budget fight for VSE

Moon versus Mars numbers broke pretty much as I called - public wants more Mars rovers, but not manned flight now

When CAPS (Comet and Asteroid Protection System) is brought into play for manned Moon missions, these numbers will be much stronger -

Note strong favor for international programs - people like the idea of working together peacefully in space - after initial definition studies, this element has to be brought into manned Moon program -

So that's it - VSE at study stage, development of CEV for now - the rest depends on Iraq, which in turn depends on bringing an end to Israeli-Palestinian conflict -
