Don't have to worry about being cost effective in doing studies. Most asteroid experts want programs that have a chance of being funded.

You know, I find it asinine when people act like government scientists and engineers are incompetent money wasters.... that just isnt the case. And for you to slander the people whose work has improved your life and advanced our technology shows the depth of your ignorance.
