Wow I didn't realize you had become so clueless yourself. I thought the blindness was limited to politics. Did you bother to read the aiaa recommendations made by a professional astronomy group? Do you make it a habit of accepting the rantings of net loons over professional organizations? The CAPS program is a NASA program. The engineers in it are government engineers who admit the Moon is not a cost effective option yet still spend money studying it. Nough said.
