It took only 15 kilotons to destroy hiroshima and directly kill more than 70,000. (Perhaps another 50,000 died from the indirect effects)
Pretty Grim if it ever came to that.

- Unlikely to be anything revolutionary. Probably mere hype for the home audience to convince them that Russian defense isn't going to hell, which it, in fact is.
