According to this reference, the 400 kiloton MK-5 warhead seems to be the largest in the arsenal. The largest common warhead seems to be the W-87 hydrogen bomb, at 300 kilotons. These seem to be being transferred from decommissioned MX missiles to newer Minuteman units.

Certainly enough to do the job.
