Private sponsorship for the "War on Terrorism"?
Good idea, Pub....wish I'd thought of that.
Just like Social Security or education.
Let's just give them another few months.
Maybe Cheney will come up with it first.
We could fund the global war on drugs, poverty, AIDS, communists, etc.... all on the same deal.
Maybe even the soldiers could buy SHARES in these companies, say at a disconted rate.....take it right out of thier pay.
