The more I think of it, this makes more and more sense; especially in the purest form of capitalistic thought. Today's greedy nature would speed the process as worship and exaltation of the dollar becomes paramount. Not only would you get a free education by joining the army, but you could retire on the number of people you killed.....sort of like the way they did it in days of old..........

That way, our tax dollars would no longer have to pay for pre-emptive wars, and all that extra private capital could be TAXED, therefore improving the amount of funds available to fund education and our roads or infrastructure or whatever .....maybe even healthcare?
