This a terrible tragedy - I hope aid can get there fast enough to stop disease from killing far more

Hawaii has suffered from horrible tsunamis in the past, however hawaii has also CREATED some of the largest tsunamis in geological history. Coral was washed over a hundred miles inland in California by the tsunamis created when huge pices of the islands broke away and created huge underwater avalanches.
