That's the only hard number I've been able to find so far by way of Google. It comes from this page at Slate.com

Multiply it by 365, you get a hair less than a second shorter per year. Intersting thing is, according to that link it's not verifiable with current science -- that is, it's smaller than the size of the error bar.
