Raw images have been banned for public viewing. Period.
When presenting pictures to the public they must be first approved and most certainly sanitized for public veiwing. This delay is a clear indication of the chain of command that is involved when presenting news about space. The public is very misinformed and this secrecy shows how extremely disfunctional these icy fingers of control are.
Disinformation is a tool designed to deal with short term or delimited affairs. With the alien presence, which has been dragging on and most certainly will not go away, the disinformation spread about began to be more of a problem than the rumors of the alien presence.
