every time they talk about life on Mars, the Mars "enthusiasts" get all worked up... they never consider that it makes manned flight to Mars all the more remote... apparently, they seem to think that arm waving is going to handle the back-contamination problem... jump and shout proofs, you know... it won't work...
pleasantly sauced.... vodka gimlets followed by sambuca shots...
good contacts, jim... they love ya...
great prose in that 2:09 piece - my problem is that I've been living with that "safe and convenient assumption" s*** for five years now, simply ef****astounding incompetence and indifference combined with bureaucratic bs and cronyism...
the next impact mega-tsunami = like SE asia, except 20,000 times worse... there is no line item for NEO detection in the budget - they're probably ashamed...
small bottle of grand marnier awaits - no, it's open, and not so good on top of the other... wait, it's getting better - wonder if they allow in-flight miniatures on ISS - they should, my opinion - they work hard enough - what, say, stoly limon - maybe pepper - mmmmmhhh!!!!
salute!
