Have you noticed that Uncle Eddy's posts have a regular cycle? If you assigned each post a lunacy rating and plotted it as a function of time, you'd probably have a clipped sinusoidal function. It appears the manic-depression aspect of his psychosis has a cutoff threshold. After his depression drops below that cutoff, he suspends manuring the web until he climbs out of depression back into manic mode. A clinical psychologist could probably do a nice case study about Uncle Eddy's pathology.
