None of the main areas of the blogs I frequent have ever connected Saddam to 9/11, although as usual, the commenters (on both left and right blogs) come in from all over the place, including from under rocks.
However, more than a few reasonable sources have connected Saddam to terrorism in general. A few have included supporting links to al Quaeda. Still, none of these sources have said that Saddam had any prior knowledge of 9/11.
A "guide to blogs" would be interesting, and maybe someday I'll stick one in here.
