judges, prosecutors, and police, perhaps time might be found. However, in the reality of the situation, if somebody is captured with contraband weapons like bombs, or with communications from Al Qaeda, etc, that person is going to be presumed to be a terrorst and treated accordingly. It is easy to sit back home and make up rules for people that are fighting for their lives against a merciless opponent to follow. Pragmatism rules. If these guys did not kill their prisoners, they would not be killed when captured. The terrorists started killing prisoners first, and now are griping when the same is done to them. Since they do not play by the rules, neither does the other side. That is the way reality is, and the way it will remain until the new government in Iraq gets its act together.
War really is Hell, after all is said and done.
