Does anybody remember Ted Kennedy's plans to Socialize Oil?

Didn't he once have a grand plan to Nationalize all the oil companies so that those evil capitalists would have their evil smirks wiped off their evil faces?

Socialize Medicine, Socialize Oil, Socialize at the local strip-bar...What is it about Ted Kennedy and Socialism...I just can't put a finger on it, but I'd swear that if Kennedy and his leftist cabal were put in charge that we would be one sorry-assed socialist country.
