Maybe it could be incorporated into a new and expanded super-efficient AMTRAK program.
Hospital rail-cars and Kevorkian rail cars could be attached to the lounge and mail cars on every train in AMTRAK train in Amerika. You could dump the sick at the local terminal (Catchy name) and the might return well.
I wonder if the trains would run on time.
