I only have General Dynamics and Lockheed Martin to compare to..and TQM was written in the government contract as a requirement.
This is an issue that is more complicated than caring about worker bees. Personal accountability.
That reminds me of a story. A real story.
My husband, upon being hired as a union worker at then General Dynamics, was told by the senior most union employee in his classification, to slow down..he worked too fast...it made him and the others look bad.
And they wouldn't get overtime.
