I am all in favor of sending problem kids to a military type school. Heck, make is a non-combat branch of the military.
Doesn’t Britain require all youth serve two years in the service?
As for this misguided kid’s parents, I read his father had been dead for several years and his mother permanently hospitalized. His grandparents were raising him.
