Just wait until the time viewers are up and running...

Every point and moment in time and space has various layers of emf identification signals emitting from uniquely combined molecular structures or even just the energy that fills "empty" space. Like all electromagnetic radiation it beams out into space and anyone with the quantum-level sensitivity equipment and the knowledge of which bandwidths to tune could tune in the events of the planet earth (or any place) from formation to destruction.

Radiation is the key.

All these received gamma rays and other radiations we detect from space tell the stories of galaxies, stars, planets, etcetera within them. We cannot decipher the signals because we have not the technology. The many nuances and many layered subharmonic sets of waves which carry data from what has been are still untapped.

We hear often about our tv and radio signals being deciphered by alien civilizations. They must laugh aloud when they realize we don't understand they can watch our entire planets daily happenings unfold.

The only drawback would be the time delay. So naturally, you would build a local antenna that could accumulate all these radiations and then transmit them with a step-up harmonic signal that would use a FTL carrier wave to speed up signal delivery. The only thing needed would be craft to act as remote signal gatherers (antennas.) An properly equipped unmanned drone (UFO) would serve that purpose admirably. I suspect near realtime parity could be achieved and the drones could remain undetected.

Then the aliens (or GARY7) or whomever could sit back and watch any individual on earth. You...me...George Bush or whomever they wanted to keep tabs on or whom provided educational or entertainment value.

Naturally this is an advanced technology which would be massively abused by humanity at this time or possibly anytime in the foreseeable future. It is also the latest and greatest form of probe-development and interplanetary exploration.

Privacy? Just an illusion. In an interconnected universe of energy every signal is extractable and can be conveyed to any other location.

However, witnessing the birth of worlds and looking back into the past is somewhere in earth's future history. I have it on good authority that Neferteri indeed was very hot...and so was Hatshepsut.
