You forget there was vicious attack going on towards any Americans that weren't towing the Bush war line. People were being smeared and censored and accused of being traitors.
It has since come out that this war was planned to further the aims of the Project of the New American Century (PNAC). It was a right wing think tank dream thought up and signed by a this group of political armchair warriors and pushed down our throats with the sugar coating of WMD's.
You bought it. You even bought the "democracy" thing.
And a 51% "win" by a crooked politician and his powerful allies who OWNED and directed the electronic polls in swing states is nothing more than pure control to me. I see this administration without my rose-colored red, white and blue glasses on.
