Of SDAI-Tech1's theory of "cumulative thinking processes".
"Taken still further, the sum of an individuals cumulative thinking processes has a fundamental frequency and the sum of their intelligence is really linked to the number of wave forms they can identify and recombine-- and produce ever more comprehensive associations of complex wave reactions to such input."
It seems to me that RL is either unable or unwilling to "identify and recombine" more "wave forms" with his brain. If he is unable to function in that manner then it shows a profound lack of synaptic activity in the cerebral cortex. There may be no cure for such malfunction.
"Wave forms" = synaptic pathways that form patterns of memory.
"Identify and recombine" = the process of understanding and recognition.
