Mercury would be a nice place to visit
The Moons of Jupiter if you could somehow make the trip in a 3-4 year time frame.
Then we could talk about deep space missions: Humans in starships...Built from materials mined from the smaller moons and asteroids.
The Universe is the limit so long as there are volunteers willing to go on missions lasting longer than a lifetime.
