The facts are simple...the U.N. inspections and sanctions worked. Saddam had destroyed his arsenal of chemical and biological weapons by the mid-1990's. George Bush said he still had hundreds of tons of these weapons when the war started in March of 2003. Two years later, nearly 1,600 American soldiers have died and no WMDs were found.
